Senior Staff Test Engineer
- Develop and maintain test programs for characterization, wafer sort, and production using the Advantest V93000 (93K) platform.
- Design and validate test hardware solutions for high-speed I/O (HSIO) applications.
- Lead projects across all development phases, from bring-up to production ramp.
- Collaborate with DFT and DFM teams to improve testability, optimize yield, and enhance overall test methodologies.
- Establish and implement robust test practices, including GR&R, HTOL, and characterization procedures.
- Drive continuous improvement of test coverage, efficiency, and quality.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship as needed across cross-functional teams.
Required Skills & Experience
- Strong expertise in high-speed interface testing, including PCIe, USB, DDR, and related protocols.
- Hands-on experience with Advantest SmarTest 8 software.
- Solid understanding of test hardware design for HSIO applications.
- Proven experience in wafer sort and final test environments.
- Working knowledge of communication protocols such as I²C, I³C, and SPI, including trim implementations.
- Strong analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and capable of working independently in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in test development (hardware and software) for high-speed interface products.
- NPI (New Product Introduction) test lead or technical leadership experience.
- Prior experience leading cross-functional teams or complex test programs.
