Associate Regional Marketing Engineer
- Work at both the strategic and tactical levels to shape overall marketing strategy, identify new customer engagement opportunities, measure and optimize campaigns, develop new tactics, and solve problems.
- Help develop and deliver marketing strategies, tactics, and results that align with program, product, and business goals.
- Drive demand generation and generate high-quality marketing qualified leads for the sales team by assisting with tactical marketing plans for new and existing portfolio products and market segments.
- Develop and implement internal marketing programs to raise awareness and assist with up-to-date content and collateral for the sales, distribution and management teams.
- Support sales and help drive distribution by developing and maintaining technical relationships with new and existing customers in the assigned territory/region with existing products.
- Track key competitors and their activities, develop competitive analysis reports to help develop opportunities to grow based on market, competitive landscape, and future product needs.
- Participate in negotiations as required and provide feedback to the Division to capture new business and/or maximize profitability.
- Work with cross functional teams (Sales, Distribution, Product Marketing, Planning, Engineering, Customer Service, etc.) to ensure customer success while meeting revenue targets and division expectations.
- Develop, format, maintain, and organize content for sales, distribution and customer presentations.
- Assist sales/distribution with customer application and technical related questions.
- Work with Product Marketing Managers to understand and maintain competitive market pricing.
- Occasional travel to support new business opportunities, trade shows, and technology focused meetings.
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Technical, Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
Experience:
- 1–3 years of experience in marketing, preferably in a regional or local marketing role.
- Experience with CRM Tools
Skills:
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Creative mindset with the ability to adapt marketing materials to regional needs.

This Associate Regional Marketing Engineer role offers the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced, high-impact area of the business, while contributing to the success of regional marketing initiatives.
We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated person to join our team and drive our market presence in our key markets within the Americas and Europe. This individual will collaborate with the Regional Marketing team and cross-functional teams within the Standard Products Division to execute marketing strategies tailored to specific regional markets. The position involves executing campaigns, conducting market research, analyzing market trends, and coordinating efforts to help drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and sales growth.
The expected annual pay range for this position is $64,000 - $85,000. This position is also eligible for bonus opportunities pay. Please note that final offer amount will be dependent on geographic location, applicable experience, and skillset of the candidate.
