Associate Account Sales Engineer (Graduate)

Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Semiconductor Field Sales Engineer / Account Manager with a strong background in electronics and electrical engineering. The ideal candidate will possess good communication skills in English and a proven track record of success in semiconductor sales. This role requires a deep understanding of semiconductor technology, market trends, and customer needs based on electronic background. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and managing relationships with key customers, identifying new business opportunities, and driving revenue growth.

Responsibilities:

• Identify and develop new business opportunities with potential customers in the semiconductor industry.
• Manage existing customer relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Provide high level technical expertise and support to customers on applications.
• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
• Prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals.
• Negotiate contracts and close deals.
• Collaborate with internal teams (BU/CS/QA/Sales/FAE), including engineering, marketing, and product development, to ensure customer needs are met.
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activities.
• Represent the company at industry events and conferences.
• Maintain accurate sales records and reports.

Must:

• Bachelor's degree in related field.
• Experience: 0-2 years in sales in the manufacturing industry / recent graduates with relevant experience are also welcomed
• Good communication and interpersonal skills in both Korean and English.
• Seeking a proactive and driven individual with accountability.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• We highly value individuals who are committed to continuous learning and development.

Preferred Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or a related field.
• Strong technical understanding of semiconductor
