Associate Sales Operations Analyst

As a Sales Operations Analyst at Renesas, you’ll be part of this transformation. You will streamline sales processes, deliver actionable data insights, and drive operational efficiency. This role is ideal for a highly analytical individual with strong problem-solving abilities, excellent interpersonal and communication skills, and a passion for learning and continuous improvement.
Responsibilities
· Sales Strategy Support: Support the execution of sales strategies by aligning data, tools, and reporting with business goals.
· Data Management & Integrity: Maintain and map sales data across systems, ensuring accuracy and consistency across market segments.
· Forecasting & Planning: Support customer forecasting and collaborate with business teams to meet financial targets.
· Pipeline & Funnel Oversight: Monitor funnel health, support opportunity tracking, and drive progress within the sales funnel.
· Performance Metrics & Reporting: Build and manage dashboards, scorecards, and ad-hoc reports to track KPIs and drive accountability.
· Gap Analysis & Opportunity Modeling: Use funnel analytics to identify risks and gaps, enabling proactive actions and growth strategies.
· Target Setting & Tracking: Support the development, tracking, and reporting of sales objectives, including design-in and design-win metrics.
· Sales Enablement & Business Tools: Train and support users on reporting tools, dashboards, and operational processes. Develop and manage tools that support planning, reviews, and operational efficiency across teams.
· Recently obtained a bachelor’s degree in business, finance, economics, or a related field.
· Proactive, anticipative mindset with a strong sense of ownership and business awareness.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to collaborate across cross-functional teams.
· Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver under tight deadlines in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
· Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; experience with Power BI or CRM systems is a plus.
