Equipment Maintenance Technician (Photolithography)

Renesas Electronics is looking for an experienced technician to fill the role of Photolithography Maintenance Technician supporting its manufacturing facility in Palm Bay, Florida. The successful candidate will be a self starter with excellent written and communication skills. This position offers development opportunities working for a leader in the design and manufacture of high-performance analog semiconductors. 

This position involves the preventative and corrective maintenance of the tool sets found in the Photolithography/Metrology area. Tool sets include Canon iW/i1/i4 Steppers, Perkin Elmer 600 Aligners, SVG90,88,86 tracks, TEL ACT8 Coater and Developer tracks, Hitachi SEM, and IVS metrology tools.

Education Requirements:

• AS or BS in electrical or mechanical or, military training, or 10+ years relevant work experience. Experience Requirements / Skills:

• 5+ years supporting Canon i1, iW, and i4 steppers.

• A minimum of 5 years experience in a semiconductor-manufacturing environment with a minimum of 10 years experience in the Equipment Maintenance Field.

• Strong mechanical skills • Strong electronic skills • Excellent Oral communication skills • Excellent Written Communication skills

• Demonstrated problem solving ability • Must have knowledge of SPC and know how it is used and implemented in the manufacturing environment.

Physical Requirements: • Must be able to lift 40lbs.

This position is 100% onsite in Palm Bay, FL.

Hours are on a compressed work week, 3 days- 7am to 7pm one week, and 4 days the next week.
