Equipment Technician

• Equipment Maintenance & Troubleshooting
  • Perform routine preventive maintenance and promptly troubleshoot equipment failures to minimize downtime and ensure stable production.
• Operational Support
  • Support daily manufacturing operations by setting up equipment, responding to alarms, and assisting engineers during process adjustments or trials.
• Compliance & Reporting
  • Follow safety procedures and work instructions, record maintenance activities accurately, and report recurring issues or abnormal conditions for improvement actions.

• Diploma in Mechatronics, Electrical, or Electronic Engineering
• Basic knowledge of industrial equipment maintenance and troubleshooting
• Ability to read and follow technical drawings, schematics, and work instructions
• Willingness to work in shift operations and respond to equipment breakdowns
• Good teamwork, communication, and discipline in following safety and SOP requirements

The Equipment Technician is responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing production equipment to ensure stable and continuous operations. This role supports daily manufacturing activities by minimizing equipment downtime, performing preventive maintenance, and assisting engineers with equipment improvements. The technician must follow safety procedures, work instructions, and support yield and productivity targets.
