Global Product Manager NFC Automotive (f/m/d)
As a Global Product Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving the growth of the Connectivity - NFC Product Line. You will own the entire lifecycle of your product portfolio, from concept to end-of-life, ensuring its success by aligning customer needs, market trends, and organizational goals. With a focus on innovation, strategy, and cross-functional leadership, you will help position our solutions as market leaders.

Product Definition and SCOPE Management:
Define product requirements, setting clear objectives, costs, and timelines.
Mitigate technical and commercial risks in collaboration with Project Managers throughout the project lifecycle.
Serve as the first point of escalation during project execution and support internal and external stakeholders.
Business Ownership
Manage the gross profit of the product over its lifetime.
Maintain and evaluate the product’ positioning, leveraging the (4Ps(Product, Price, Place, Promotion) Own and continuously validate the product’s business case to ensure market relevance and profitability.
Lifecycle Management
Drive product lifecycle activities, including launches, updates, and end-of-life planning.
Oversee product change notifications (PCNs) and discontinuation process.
Strategic Leadership:
Support and contribute to product roadmap definitions.
Develop innovative product ideas, and USPs to achieve market leadership.
Provide input to the product line strategy through in-depth customer, market, and competitive analyses.
Go-to-market execution:
Define and implement product market Introduction plans, ensuring the readiness of “product packages”, training materials, and promotions tools.
Train and equip the sales force to ensure effective product promotion and adoption.
Customer Engagement and Design-IN Support:
collaborate with Regional Product Marketing Teams to monitor and support the DIN funnel.
Identify new business opportunities and ensure the teams have the resources to succeed.
Market scouting & Innovation:
Analyze market trends, competitive landscapes, and emerging technologies to guide innovation.
Propose new business models and make-or-buy strategies for inorganic growth.
Degree in Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related fields.
5+ years of experience in the semiconductor field of product Management
Excellent communication and presentation skills, capable of engaging executive-level stakeholders.
Entrepreneurial mindset with a customer-focused and team-oriented approach.
Automotive Market understanding – Tier1 and supply channels
Strong technical knowledge of NFC Applications and standards is a plus
Digital Car Key application know-how is a plus
Business fluency in English; and German is a plus.
Willingness to travel internationally.
This position is subject to the Collective Agreement of the Electrical and Electronics Industry, employment group H (https://www.feei.at/leistungen/informations-service/mindestlohne-und-gehalter). The monthly salary is paid 14 times a year. However, we offer a higher salary depending on your experience and qualifications.
