〈Background of the recruitment〉
Renesas, a global semiconductor leader with more than twenty thousand employees worldwide, recognizes engineering talent development as a critical strategic priority. As the company evolves into a truly global engineering organization, we are undertaking a significant transformation of our engineering training ecosystem.
