Manufacturing Supervisor
Lead a production team to achieve daily quality, delivery, productivity, and cost targets. You will coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth manufacturing operations while maintaining a safe, compliant, and high-performing work environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and develop a team of production operators to achieve daily production goals.
- Plan and monitor manpower, production flow, and line capacity to maximize output.
- Coordinate with Engineering, Planning, QA, and other teams to resolve production issues and support on-time delivery.
- Prioritize urgent production lots to meet customer shipment commitments.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to improve quality, productivity, and operational efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, quality standards, safety, environmental, and management system requirements.
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent qualification.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in an electronics manufacturing environment.
- Good leadership, communication, and people management skills.
- Basic computer literacy.
- Able to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and meet production targets.
Good to have
- Experience in production planning, line balancing, or manufacturing operations.
- Knowledge of ISO management systems (e.g., ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001) or RBA requirements.
- Continuous improvement mindset with problem-solving skills.
- Self-motivated, willing to learn, and committed to delivering results.
