Product Testing Engineer测试工程师（制造端）
- 负责新产品导入及测试方案展开，包括测试程序、工装治具、测试板和老化板的评估、验证及量产移交。
- 负责测试工艺开发与优化，开展FMEA风险分析，制定并推进控制计划（CP）等质量管理措施。
- 编写和维护测试流程、作业指导书等技术文件，推动测试作业标准化。
- 负责新测试工艺、新设备及新技术的导入评估和量产验证，支持产能提升。
- 推动自动化及测试方法改善，持续提升产品质量、生产效率并降低制造成本。
- 通过数据分析和过程监控，评估改善效果，推动QCD（Quality、Cost、Delivery）持续优化。
- 负责测试异常调查与原因分析，推进品质改善及关键指标的持续稳定。
1. 本科及以上学历，微电子、集成电路、自动化、电子工程或相关专业。
2. 3年以上半导体测试工艺、测试设备、产品工程或相关工作经验。
3. 熟悉集成电路产品、封装工艺及测试相关知识，具备半导体制造现场问题分析与改善能力。
4. 熟悉质量管理体系及常用质量工具，了解IATF16949、SPC、MSA、VDA6.3、DOE等优先。
5. 具备良好的问题分析、沟通协调及项目推进能力，工作认真严谨，责任心强。
6. 具备良好的英文读写能力，能够阅读技术资料并进行基本工作沟通；CET-6、海外经历或车载行业经验者优先。
