Senior Director of the Architecture, Technology

Responsible for setting the technical direction and strategy for the various IP’s / Technologies / EDA flows being developed by the central engineering group. Lead a team of various domain experts/architects to define and develop innovative architectures, manage product requirements & roadmaps, and ensure alignment with the engineering groups goals to ensure best-in-class IPs / technologies / EDA flows that serve a competitive, fast-evolving industry. Driving the central engineering’s Decision Control Process for development life cycle from Concept to Plan to Tapeout and Post silicon sign-off towards Mass production. Provide key technical leadership across the entire engineering community.

• 20+ years of professional experience in semiconductor design and architecture​

• Architected various IPs & products that were taped out successfully with working silicon across various foundries​

• Experience building relationships at executive level and communicating with customers​

• Highly technical, experience working closely with global engineering teams​

• Bachelor’s degree (Masters/ PhD preferred) in Electrical or Computer Engineering, or a related field

The expected annual base pay range for this position is $320,000K-$370,000K. This position is also eligible for bonus opportunities. Please note that final offer amount will be dependent on geographic location, applicable experience, and skillset of the candidate.
