Senior Engineering Manager

We are seeking a highly experienced and dynamic Senior Leader to oversee our Custom Power semiconductor engineering team in Prague. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in semiconductor engineering, exceptional leadership skills, and a proven track record of managing teams and complex projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the Custom Power semiconductor engineering team in Prague, ensuring operational excellence and high performance.
• Develop and implement strategic plans to drive innovation and growth in custom power management solutions.
• Oversee the design and development of products ensuring they meet quality and performance standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams across multiple sites.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and collaboration within the team.
• Set a vision for the team in Prague and grow the team in size and capability.
• Manage budgets, resources, and timelines to ensure successful project delivery.

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in semiconductor engineering, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
• Proven experience in managing teams and complex projects.
• Strong understanding of semiconductor design, development, and production processes.
• Experienced in power management circuits and DC/DC converters architecture.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
