Senior RF/Analog Analysis and Characterization Engineer
Taking care of all the Pre/Post silicone activities regarding RF,Analog and Phy System circuit building blocks to meet functional and performance specifications in order to give Renesas a competitive advantage in the IC market.
Principal Accountabilities:
- Be knowledgeable about the System level and block level.
- Find problems during Pre-Silicone phase.
- Implement RF/Analog Driver definition and fixes.
- Define how to evaluate the block and the system.
- Define how key parameters will be tested and correlated.
- Responsible for Bringing up of the chip in the lab.
- Responsible for evaluating the chip performance.
- Debugging issues regarding the blocks and system related.
- Optimize silicone system performance.
- Support design with mitigating issues.
- In charge for full documentation and results of the block and system level.
- Define automation and tooling for analysis, debugging and data collection.
- Analyse data statistics and provide formal data sheet parameters.
Required:
- Experienced in RF/Analog System design or Chip design (>3+ years)
- Experienced with Cadence Virtuoso (Schematics and Layout) - Advantage
- Highly Experienced with RF/Analog testing equipment and working in the lab
- Experience with debugging and solving complex silicone issues
- Ability to propose innovative and leading edge solutions
- Highly proficient in English language, written and spoken
- Must have good interpersonal communication skills
- Ability to convince others based on technical knowledge and shows assertiveness to inform superiors/peers
- Team player with a positive attitude who drives, develops and tutors colleagues within own discipline
- Ability to set and meet goals and deadlines
