Senior Sales Analyst (User Enablement)-Hybrid

Job Description

You will collaborate with sales, IT teams, and stakeholders to enhance sales operations processes.

Conduct training, create user guides, troubleshoot technical issues, and gather feedback for improving user experience.

Demonstrate good presentation, effective communication and project management skill with right personality


  • Provide support for worldwide sales and cross functional team for day to day sales ops activities.
  • Facilitate user training and able to demonstrate technical skill to learn business application tools.
  • Set up and maintain training materials in learning platform.
  • Provide operational support to sales and marketing group, distribution channel including opportunity management but not limited to support other query responses.
  • Proven ability to understand business issues and work within the framework.
  • Partners with Project Manager and IT for training project assignments and process improvements


  • Bachelor's degree in Business Management, or equivalent.
  • Minimum of 8-10 years related experience similarly in Sales/Business Operations.
  • Ability to prioritize, organized and willing to learn with a desire to succeed.
  • Ability to communicate fluently in English, Mandarin Chinese language a plus.
  • Cross-cultural communication and training ability.
  • Good presentation skill is desired.
  • Experience with SAP (S4 / Hana), Model N, Salesforce, Power BI, SharePoint a plus.
