Senior Staff Product Management


Job Description

Seeking an experienced Program Manager to lead execution of complex, cross-functional initiatives that are critical to our AI Acceleration strategy and broader Power Product Group technology roadmap. This role is designed for a seasoned program leader who thrives in highly matrixed environments, brings strong execution discipline, and is comfortable partnering with — and influencing — Director, Senior Director, and Vice President–level leaders. This role will be responsible for orchestrating multiple parallel workstreams, developing integrated execution plans, driving accountability, proactively managing risk, and ensuring strict adherence to schedule and on-time delivery of strategic objectives. 

Responsibilities: 

  • Program management of product delivery team with start to finish ownership and accountability
  • Develop macro and micro level schedules
  • Enable cross functional collaboration and execution
  • Proactively identify and mitigate program risks
  • Partner with Director, Senior Director and VP level executives
  • Lead executive program reviews
  • Drive execution accountability with X-functional teams across organizational boundaries
  • Program manage strategic initiatives for the Power Product Group
  • Enable technology, test, and COGS roadmap execution
  • Support and enforce NPI governance and compliance frameworks
  • Drive consistent execution discipline across business divisions

Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering, or a related field
  • 10+ years of experience leading complex, cross-functional programs
  • PMP Certification not mandatory but strongly desired
  • Prove experience with large-scale, multi-workstream programs
  • Experience influencing senior leadership
  • Strong risk management and executive communication skills
  • Solid understanding of new product development process and associated quality standards
  • Broad understanding of semiconductor supply chain (foundry, Bump, Assembly, wafer Probe, Final test) and production environments
