Sr, Customer Service Representative
Our Customer Service Team is looking for a talented graduate in business, marketing, finance or similar field to join our team as a Senior DCSR in our Bangalore office. The successful candidate will work directly with the Sales/Channel Partners and a multinational team of Customer Service Operators worldwide.
We are looking for a seasoned professional with 8+ years of experience in sales operations, customer support, and distribution management. This senior role is critical in driving operational excellence, supporting sales enablement, and ensuring seamless execution of the Quote-to-Cash process. The successful candidate will act as a key liaison between sales, distributors, and internal teams, managing escalations, demand/supply alignment, and distribution-related projects.
- Provide accurate and timely reporting support internally and externally.
- Prepare and present sales reports, supply/demand data, and process improvement updates.
- Support sales teams across Southeast Asia by handling administrative tasks, enabling them to focus on customer-facing activities.
- Mentor and motivate the team to achieve operational and strategic goals.
- Coordinate with sales team members to ensure KPIs and goals are achieved.
- Serve as the first-level point of contact for customer escalations.
- Coordinate with distributors, ROM, regional AA, and CSR teams to resolve issues.
- Communicate proactively on short-term supply changes and escalation updates.
- Monitor demand changes to support forecast and backlog alignment with CAM.
- Manage backlog adjustments in coordination with Asset Management.
- Support distribution projects including demand/supply transfers and stock rotations.
- Maintain in/out stock history and participate in internal audits.
- Prepare and manage quotations, order entry, pricing validation, and invoicing.
- Coordinate with procurement, logistics, finance, and credit control for smooth order fulfilment and payment collection.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, orders, and payment status.
- Respond to customer inquiries on product availability, pricing, quotations, delivery schedules, and billing.
- Collaborate with marketing to provide feedback on customer needs and market trends.
- Support organization of sales meetings, presentations, and events.
- Stay updated on semiconductor product lines, industry trends, and company processes related to Quote-to-Cash.
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Supply Chain, Engineering, or related field (MBA preferred).
- Minimum 8 years of experience in sales operations, customer support, or distribution management (semiconductor industry experience preferred).
- Prior team-handling experience is a must have.
- Strong knowledge of demand/supply planning, order management, and escalation handling.
- Proficiency in ERP/CRM systems and MS Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint).
- Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and process improvement mindset.
