Sr Manufacturing Engineer设备工程师

1. 负责制造工程改善项目的推进与实施，持续提升生产效率和运营绩效。 

2. 负责精益生产、自动化、数字化等先进制造技术的导入与应用。 

3. 主导工程异常分析与改善，确保问题及时解决并防止再发。 

4. 持续提升设备OEE、生产效率及量产稳定性。 

5. 推动设备、工艺及工程管理的标准化和持续优化。 

6. 负责新设备、新工艺的评估、导入及相关技术文件管理。 

7. 运用数据分析和过程监控，推动异常预防及制造改善。 

8. 支持设备系统运维、智能制造及数字化改善项目实施。 

9. 协调生产、质量、设备、IT等相关部门，推动跨部门问题解决。

1. 本科及以上学历，自动化、机械、电子等理工类相关专业。 

2. 5年以上半导体封测工厂制造工程、组装工程或设备管理相关工作经验，具备改善项目推进经验。 

3. 熟悉半导体封装设备及工艺，了解制造现场工程管理和异常处理流程。 

4. 熟练使用Office办公软件及数据分析工具，具备自动化、数字化或AI改善项目经验者优先。 

5. 具备良好的英语读写及沟通能力，CET-6或JLPT-N2以上优先。 

6. 具备良好的问题分析与解决能力、执行力及跨部门沟通协调能力。 

7. 具有质量、环境、能源或职业健康安全管理体系经验者优先。
