Job Description

Customer discovery and market insight: Build direct relationships with priority Chinese customers, distributors and regional teams; uncover unmet needs, decision criteria, price thresholds, development schedules, software framework and ecosystem requirements.

Product definition: Translate validated needs into market requirements documents, value propositions, product specifications and platform/derivative recommendations spanning silicon, software, tools, kits, security and ecosystem assets.

RA4 and RX200 roadmap: Shape roadmap choices for mainstream/general-purpose, low-power, motor-control and application-specific opportunities; define where reuse, memory/package derivatives, process migration or new silicon creates the strongest customer and business value.

Business case ownership: Develop volume, ASP, revenue, margin, investment and risk assumptions; align stakeholders on target customers, design-win funnel, market window and success criteria before gate approval.

Competitive strategy: Maintain fact-based benchmarking against global and local MCU competitors, including portfolio, performance, power, security, ecosystem, quality, supply resilience and price; convert insights into clear win themes and trade-offs.

Cross-functional leadership: Drive alignment with Engineering, PMO, Product Marketing, Regional Marketing, Sales, FAE, Operations, Quality and Finance; resolve requirement conflicts and keep customer commitments synchronized with feasible execution.
