System Solutions Senior Engineering Manager, Automotive MCU

•    Drive strategic direction and technical roadmap for automotive MCU-based system solutions, aligning with the company’s overall goals and market trends 
•    Develop and implement a comprehensive system solution for the target automotive applications (e.g., xEV , Zone Control, Body Electronics, ADAS, Chassis)
•    Collaborate with marketing and engineering teams to define the requirements of hardware and software, specifications, and standards for the automotive applications
•    Provide deep technical expertise and guidance to internal and external stakeholders on automotive MCUs and its application systems
•    Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to MCU and the application systems in xEV , Zone Control, Body Electronics, ADAS, Chassis
•    Develop and manage project timelines, budgets, and deliverables in alignment with customer requirements and internal objectives 
•    Work closely with key customers to understand their future system requirements and provide technical guidance on MCU and implementation of MCU solutions
•    Provide technical leadership and oversight on the design, development, and validation of automotive system solutions, ensuring compliance with industry standards and best practices
•    Review and approve system architectures, design documents, and test plans to ensure they meet performance, reliability, and safety requirements.

•    MUST: 10+ years of experience in the automotive industry, with a focus on MCU products and system solutions (e.g., xEV , Zone Control, Body Electronics, ADAS, Chassis)
•    Proven track record in the design and implementation of automotive systems, particularly in safety-critical and high-reliability applications 
•    Proficiency in embedded software development and systems engineering principles
•    Excellent strategic thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
•    Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels
•    Willingness to trave as needed
•   Business level written and spoken English skills
